Html purifier Update and add in composer

Hello,

I have migrated html purify to last stable version 4.10 from 3.3. I have just fix API and all working just fine :)

Please merge PHP excel before, because htmlpurifier use composer ;)

Need to replace schema.ser with this one: It works in v7.2, but the File schema.ser ist empty. Replace the file with this one and it works: https://code.vtiger.com/adrien.faveraux/vtigercrm/raw/master/vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/ConfigSchema/schema.ser
