translate all strings that are available in the German translatoin files

I have translated all strings that are currently available in the translation files. Altought there might be some missing strings the the array keys within the codes are not all included. Do you have any process on how to update the translations files for the other languages?

As discussed many time in the forum, there are many translation issues. I appreciate what you did, but a proper solution is not that simple. You may compare your translation file which our open source contribution at http://www.crm-now.de/software-contributions/?lang=en which are much more complete.

@bernhardkau1 Thanks for your contribution. In Vtiger7, we realigned languages in pkg folder, So could you use that branch and give me merge request
