vt740: UIType 10 Detail View Edit layout broken

See the two screenshots below. One is using Firefox 93 and the other is using Google Chrome v94 - both on Ubuntu.

This doesn't always happen the first time you click to edit a UIType 10 field but it will happen if you edit a few fields within Detail View and switch back and forth to the UIType 10.

I have a test migration system and recently updated to vt740 and thought the layout breakage was something to do with my code, but after checking on demo.vtiger.com/vtigercrm I can confirm it happens here too.
