Could we increase MaxFileSize in log4php.properties?

Currently this is set at 3M.

It's been 3M for as long as I can remember. 3M is not that big these days and it makes trapping a complete procedure in the vtigercrm.log difficult as after 3M it creates a vtigercrm.log.1 and then overwrites vtigercrm.log

Could we increase this to say 10M as default?

I do do do this myself sometimes but sometimes I forget ;-)
