Installation Problem with Asterisk

Description

If you install all optional packages which com with the RC Release, except the Asterisk extension, you will have a problem with saving users (does not save because validation fails - missing Asterisk components)

The PBXManager module, which install asterisk for vtiger, is a mandatory module and it is not possible to exclude this module during installation. Please provide more information on how you managed to exclude the asterisk module.

I did not realize, that it is important to keep it as a mandatory module. I moved the package from mandatory to optional, which was my fault.

Thanks for the update, we had a fun fighting to trace out the cause of the issue.

We have packaged the dependent modules under mandatory, so they have to be installed.
