qualify mail attachment is showing the size of the attachment as 0(zero)

Description

Go to webmail and qualify a mail which will have attachment with it, so it will create a new contact with the attachment will go to the Documents module record.

Now if we will go to that document we can see it is showing size as 0B although the attachment has some size.

Created document in Documents module as a result of an email qualify with attachment is missing filesize and filetype.

Moreover title and fielname of a file having UTF-8 characters in the filename is not rendering properly.
