The system will add the login form in the home page instead of printing the dashboard.

How to reproduce?

Step 1: Login to vtiger crm, http://localhost:81/vtigercrm

Step 2: Replace the URL with: http://localhost:81/vtigercrm?action=Login&module=Users

This issue is not reproducable on 5.1. I was able to reproduce it successfully on the 5.0.4 version but it seems to be fixed on 5.1.
