I had a report with ' quote in report name. Report was created properly. (other's reports)
I also had a report with UTF-8 characters in report name. That also was created properly ( ÄÖÜß )
In the Reports list view / detail view, when i try to customize the report, everything works fine.
a) At the end of it, the report name is messed up
other's reports is showing as other's reports
ÄÖÜß is showing up as ÄÖÜß
b) If i try to edit it again and save it, it is messed up even more
other's reports is showing as other's reports
ÄÖÜß is showing up as ÄÖÜ&szlig
Note: Same thing is happening with the ' quote and UTF-8 characters in the description of the report too.
