Accents in Popup - utf8

Description

When I use a popup to capture an account with accents it is shown correctly but once I select it the destination "name" box is filled with html entities. If you then save the new entity (for example contact) the relation is saved and viewed correctly.

I noticed some problem with copying accent during quote creation, when selecting the account. Please see the highlighted areas in the screen shot attached (quote-account-utf8.png)
