harcoded strings

Ticket status is updated as 'Closed'.

soap/customerportal.php line 628

Ticket could not be closed.

soap/customerportal.php line 630

In function close_current_ticket is also hardcoded status 'Closed' which propably caused incorrect behavior in releation with helpdesk language files..

In soap/customerportal.php is many more hardcoded strings...
