issue in calendar security -- migrated build

By default calendar is set up as private. So the subordinates could not able to see his higher authorities activities.But non admin user can able see his admin's activities in migrated build.

I have 3 records for admin user and 4 records for non admin user. when non admin user logged in, he can able to see admin's activities in his home page and event list view. while clicking on that i got an alert "you are not permitted to execute this operation". But its not happening in normal build.
